HCPS New Teacher Academy 2026 has ended
Register for Henrico County Public Schools’ 2026 New Teacher Academy.  All new teachers should report to their assigned school on Monday, August 10, 2026 and Friday, August 14, 2026. Sessions scheduled for Tuesday, August 11 - Thursday, August 13, 2026 will be held at Tucker High School. Specific schedules based on level, content, role, and experience will be found on this site. Directions for using the Sched website or mobile app can be found here.

This session is ideal for Year 1 teachers, board substitutes, and anyone who is new to or would benefit from additional support using PowerTeacher and PTPro Gradebook. Come with your questions and work at your own pace while receiving personalized assistance.
